Clients that are more than 15 minutes late will have to reschedule due to conflicts with the next scheduled appointment.


There is a 48-hour cancellation policy

This gives me time to find another client on my waitlist to take the appointment

time.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment.  If you are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment.
