Clients that are more than 15 minutes late will have to reschedule due to conflicts with the next scheduled appointment.

 

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy

This gives me time to find another client on my waitlist to take the appointment

time.  If you cancel within 24-48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment.  If you are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. 
 

No refunds on services or giftcards
